Do you feel constantly under pressure, exhausted, and unable to truly switch off?

When stress becomes a constant, even moments of rest are no longer enough to restore your energy. The mind keeps running, the body holds tension – and in the constant doing, your wellbeing fades into the background.

This is a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and find a new sense of balance.

I support you in better understanding your body, your thoughts, and your emotions – and offer practical, everyday tools to support your wellbeing in a sustainable way.

Coaching session on stress management

How we work together

We don't focus only on symptoms, but create clarity around the underlying dynamics of stress and inner imbalance. From the very beginning, we include both body and mind in an integrative way.

The goal is to help you find your own path toward a healthy balance between activity and recovery – through small, realistic, and sustainable changes that bring more calm, ease, and energy into your life.

For you

You might recognize yourself here:

  • You feel exhausted, under pressure, and mentally or physically drained.
  • You experience stress-related symptoms such as sleep issues, digestive problems, physical tension, skin issues, or difficulty concentrating.
  • You find yourself functioning on autopilot and long for more clarity, energy, and stability.
  • You want to take care of yourself in a conscious and sustainable way – without adding more stress.

For companies

Stress and burnout are major challenges for organizations today – with direct impact on productivity, absenteeism, and employee retention.

I support teams and leaders through workshops and programs focused on resilience and sustainable performance. The goal is to create a stable and motivating work environment while strengthening long-term employee engagement and employer attractiveness.

For yoga teachers

Yoga is often reduced to the practice of asanas, missing its full transformative potential for wellbeing.

I support yoga teachers in meaningfully integrating Ayurveda into their teaching – enabling them to guide their students in a more authentic and holistic way, and to feel more confident in sharing a comprehensive approach to wellbeing.

The pillars of my approach

Nervous system regulation & relaxation

To move out of constant stress mode.

Mindfulness

For greater presence, stability, and inner awareness.

Mental & emotional clarity

To better understand and navigate thoughts and emotions.

Lifestyle & routines

For sustainable self-care in daily life.

Personalized nutrition

To support energy and vitality.
